Who are we?
Hi, my name is Jerry Anderson and I have been working since 2000 in the plumbing and HVAC field. I am the owner and technician at AAA Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I work principally in the city of Statesville and the near surrounding area. I am licensed and insured to handle any residential or commercial plumbing project in North Carolina. My expertise includes replacing old water and sewer piping,installing or replacing any bathroom or kitchen plumbing fixture, performing repairs or replacing well water or sewer pumps. I am experienced in installing or servicing the energy saving tankless water heater. I also install RPZ's or Reduced Pressure Zone backflow preventers which are being required now on many water services. I perform drain cleaning in tub and sink drain lines and in the main sewer service. I also install gas lines and gas appliance.
How did I get in the plumbing industry?
I grew up helping my dad, Don Anderson, of Anderson Enterprises, build houses and I always enjoyed the construction field. The I spent 14 years working as a supervisor in a printing factory in Brooklyn, NY. When I decided to move to North Carolina, I enrolled in training course for Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. I also enrolled in an apprenticeship program in the Plumbers and Pipefitters union where I ranked first among 329 applicants. Subsequently I spent the next seven years working for companies, performing air conditioning and heating repairs, plumbing repairs and new construction. Since then I've participated in various training programs that have honed my skills with the latest plumbing products. I am committed to continue to be up to date with the latest advances in the industry and perform to the best of my ability to fill the needs of my customers.
Why AAA Plumbing and Air Conditioning?
I am not a large company nor can I provide 24 hour emergency service. However, I continue to provide a level of service not available with most companies. How? I've limited my area, primarily to Statesville and Iredell County. This has concentrated my customer base to an area where I am able to be more accommodating to my clients. Therefore, for more complicated projects, I am available to pass by for a consultation and I'm available for advice. Working closer to my office allows me to eliminate the visit service charge that has become so common in the service industry. Many of the jobs I do require multiple visits over a period of weeks, however I am happy to do smaller jobs that may only require an hour or two. I enjoy my work and helping people with their problems. I look forward to serving my customers for many years into the future.

AAA Plumbing and Air Conditioning is a bilingual company. Jerry is fluent in Spanish. He also knows the names of foods in various other languages!
Latests Projects
Karate International
We recently participated in a project with By George Construction to renovate a commercial building on Center Street across form the Auto Zone. We installed two handicapped bathrooms and a water heater to make the building more suitable for the training that goes on there. A challenge we had is that one of the bathrooms was to be installed over concrete. By using a rear discharge toilet, we were able to eliminate breaking up the concrete floor to install sewer pipes. By eliminating this phase, we were able to save money and time for the project. “Karate International” is owned by Scott Gilbert.
ARS
American Renaissance School at Broad and Cooper Streets recently acquired the use of the Partnership building next door. This required rerouting some of the plumbing and updating other plumbing to meet with current codes and handicap accessibility. In addition, every faucet and plumbing fixture was serviced to provide with future trouble-free performance. It was a privilege to work with the teachers and administrators who care for the educational needs of our community.
